You can find the presentation schedule here. Please lookup your paper to find out when you are presenting.

Please keep in mind the following instructions for your oral presentation:

  • The track chair will ask you to share your presentation slides shortly before your talk.
  • Please arrive at your assigned presentation room at least five minutes before the session’s scheduled start time. Introduce yourself to the session chair at the beginning of the session. Your slides will be loaded onto a room computer, which will be used for all presentations in the session.

⏰ Presentation Timing

Please adhere to the following presentation time constraints; your presentation may be cut off if you exceed them. You can find your presentation type (long or short) in your acceptance message and on the schedule.

  • Long Oral Presentations: Maximum of 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. (Total up to 20 minutes)
  • Short Oral Presentations: Maximum of 9 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. (Total up to 12 minutes)

📥 Sharing Your Slides

After the conference, you will be able to upload your slides to the Fourwaves platform to share them with the community.
